The meeting of an older building and contemporary architecture finds its full expression in the garden, a true link between the two structures.
Here, the natural slope of the land gives way to an authentic Mediterranean garden, structured by traditional restanque walls that draw its guiding lines. Each space is a genuine balcony open onto the city of Cannes, with the Mediterranean, the Lérins Islands and the Esterel massif as a backdrop.
Stonework in all its forms — walls, stairs, paving and fountains — is delicately set off by generous Mediterranean planting. The garden’s different levels offer as many spaces for contemplation and rest, each with an exceptional panorama.
